Customer Services Team Member

A unique opportunity exists for an experienced Customer Services Team Member with strong administrative skills to join our small Mount Barker based team in a full time temporary contract.
You will be responsible to support our Customer Care division, where you will answer questions by phone from consumers about our products, as well as, queries from our retail distribution network and our Jurlique Concept stores. In this role, you will manage and resolve customer complaints and coordinate the ordering of stock for our Jurlique Concept stores and orders for both National and International retail distribution channels.

This position will be offered on a temporary, full time basis for approximately five months, Nominal hours are 38 per week with some expectation of flexibility and additional hours to be worked during peak times.
