Our client prides itself on the convenient and efficient delivery of high-quality products served with a smile. The role involves delivering food to industrial areas, serving and handling money. 

Your job as a Customer Service Representative will be to visit premises daily at a pre-determined time, offering the convenience of staff not having to leave the site and minimising downtime.
Duties include:
  • Looking to build the profitability of the run.
  • Driving to pre-determined destinations and serve customers
  • Continually assess individual call profitability and in conjunction with Sales Supervisors, replace if required.
  • Achieve and monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide ‘best practice’ customer service approach.
  • Ensure promotions and new products are sold correctly, reaching set targets, where applicable.
  • Ensure all stock is merchandised correctly at every call.
  • Ensure oven plans are always up to date
