Market leading servicing business based in Blacktown is seeking an immediately available Customer Service, Call Centre Representative to join their busy team on a temporary to permanent basis to commence ASAP!

The Position

  • Manage high volume of incoming calls, around 100+ phone calls per day
  • Handle enquiries regarding services, schedules, bookings, accounts etc.
  • Order processing received via phone, fax and emails
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Providing administration support to the sales team

The Candidate

  • Extensive Customer Service experience working within a high volume call centre environment
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Professional approach to work
  • Fast and accurate typing speed, excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
