We are currently looking for Customer Service professionals for multiple temporary and contract positions throughout Melbourne`s Northern and Western suburbs.

The Positions

We are looking for vibrant and confident Customer Service Professionals, experienced in performing the following duties:

  • Manage high volume calls, ensuring the highest level of customer service is maintained
  • Manage enquiries regarding products, pricing, stock and availability
  • End to end customer service, from processing orders to invoicing
  • Handle customer queries and complaints
  • Provide support to both internal and external customers
  • Update customer details and process orders onto well-known ERP systems
  • Support a sales team
  • General administration duties

The Candidates

We are seeking candidates who possess the following:

  • Recent customer service or call centre experience
  • Ability to develop and manage customer relationships
  • Exceptional and clear communication skills
  • Fast and accurate typing speed
  • Skilled in using a well-known ERP system such as SAP, Navision, Pronto etc.
  • Strong work ethic with the capability to work with strict deadlines
  • Immaculate presentation
