Customer Service Officer

An exciting opportunity exists for a permanent full time Customer Service Officer to join Isaac Regional Council's Planning, Environment & Community Services Directorate, based in Nebo. Reporting to the Program Manager - Customer Service, this position is responsible for providing customer service excellence internally and externally throughout Isaac Regional Council.

The successful candidate will have a high level of written and verbal communication skills with proven conflict resolution experience. Demonstrated experience in the delivery of high level customer service is essential in addition to previous experience with cash handling procedures. The successful applicant will also have a high level of experience and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and will the flexibility to travel and work from other office locations within the region as required.

For this position we offer:

  • · $56,512.66 pa + allowances

  • · Nominally 72.5 hours per fortnight

  • · RDO in accordance with Council Policy

  • · 5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading pro rata

  • · 12% super (in accordance with policy)
