This Australian owned organisation are a leader in their market and are known for high quality products and high quality customer service. Due to high demand, they are expanding their customer service team in Macquarie Park.
Your new role
Your new role will see you answering a high volume of inbound calls and emails. You'll be advising customers on pricing, stock availability, delivery times and other delivery queries. You'll also be processing orders and you may also be dealing with complaints. You will be offering a level of customer service which is second to none and you'll always go above and beyond to provide a first point of call resolution resulting in total customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you'll have at least 6 months of experience in a high volume call centre, this is essential and candidates without this experience will not be considered. You'll have a professional and friendly telephone manner and will be able to cope well under pressure. You'll have a passion for customer service and helping others.
This is a temp-perm full-time position therefore candidates on working holiday or student visas will not be considered.

You'll work business hours Monday-Friday and will be paid $26.00-28.00p/h. This is initially a temporary position with a huge potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
