A customer Service Job in Kew will see you deliver exceptional Customer Service for a State Government

Your new company
This State Government organisation requires customer service focused individuals to work in their call centre located in head office. Due to the continual busy environment, positions have arisen for experienced and bubbly customer service professionals to join their evolving team.

Your new role
You will work within an extremely fast paced, high volume call centre and be a valued member of the phone based customer service team. Their aim is to provide an exceptional experience for the customers, answering queries, managing complaints and resolving any issues which may arise while ensuring that the customer needs are met to the highest possible standards.

What you'll need to succeed
You will possess a genuine desire to help people and have previous customer service experience. You will enjoy working in a busy environment and encountering new challenges every day. You must have excellent attention to detail as there is a large component of administration in the role, competency in IT is imperative as you will be moving between programs and screens. You must be eligible to conduct a police check and possess full working rights. Working Holiday Visas will NOT be accepted due to the ongoing nature of the contract.
