This Federal Government Agency has a 3 month temporary customer service officer role in their Darwin Office.
Your new role
Your new role will be to provide a face to face digital service offer with every customer interaction. You will assist customers with simple transactions when they are unable to use digital services or where transactions are unavailable through the digital channel. You will use your strong customer service skills to provide information and refer customers to other programs or services as relevant and provide advice within the constraints of the agency’s policy guidelines. You will use your data/record management skills to maintain the quality and integrity of records on internal systems. You will interpret and apply a variety of legislation, policies and procedures to assist you in stakeholder relations. In this role you will work to agreed priorities, outcomes and time constraints.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role you will have well developed customer service skills. The ability to build and maintain relationships with stake holders. Proficiency in the use of ATO digital services including myGOV, ATO Online Services and the ATO app across a range of devices is highly valuable. You will have experience performing general administrative and procedural tasks. You will have a can do attitude, maintain effective performance levels and be flexible to change.
