Customer Service Coordinator

Client Details

Operating within the retail sector our client is an international brand providing high quality and fun apparel and accessories for their customers worldwide. As Customer Service Coordinator you will be managing the order process from start to finish while providing first class customer service at all times.


Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Responding to customer inquiries on orders, deliveries, products and stock availability
  • Managing the order process from start to finish
  • Processing credits and returns and resolving account issues
  • Checking the status of each order and communicating with appropriate stakeholders
  • Building and developing strong working relationships with customers
  • Managing the customer database
  • Reporting and performing general office duties


To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Prior customer service and order processing experience
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel
  • Outstanding communication skills and a passion for Customer Service
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment and with changing priorities
  • A positive and friendly personality and team mentality
  • Exposure to Pronto and experience with EDI will be viewed upon favourably
