Job Description

Colliers’ are growing their Retail Management team and are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to work onsite at Preston Market in the Northern Suburbs.

This newly created position is responsible for managing the office reception and providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for customers, retailers, suppliers, the Owners and Head Office. This role will also provide the successful candidate with exposure to the end to end retail operations as you will work closely with and provide assistance to the Market Manager, Administration Manager and Marketing Coordinator.

As the successful Customer Service Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that front of house and the office is presented to the highest possible standard
  • Building and establishing strong relationships with retailers and client representatives to ensure a high level of customer service
  • Answering and directing all calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner
  • Working closely with the Market team to coordinate maintenance issues, manage incident reports and assisting with casual leasing
  • Preparation and distribution of the Market Memo`s in conjunction with the Market Manager
