Customer Service Administrator

Our client is currently seeking a motivated individual for an Order Processing/Customer service based role located in their Head Office in French`s Forest. If you have a strong background in Order Processing and can work in a team environment, this could be the opportunity for you.

The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to;

  • Maintaining a high level of customer service and communication to all clientele;
  • Taking and processing orders from customers and Sales Representatives.
  • Liaising with warehouse staff to ensure orders are on time and accurate.
  • Advising customer proof of deliveries and ETA`s for their orders.
  • Invoicing and processing of credits


You will have a positive, can do attitude. Coupled with this you will have;

  • Proven Order Processing and invoicing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer skills including knowledge of excel.
  • Exposure or previous work in a high volume environment with either inbound or outbound phone calls
