Your new role
The role of Custom Homes Sales Executive will be based out of their beautiful display home in Northwest Sydney, and include the following responsibilities;

  • Being initial and key point of contact for walk in customers and referral customers during the initial consultation and design process

  • Lead qualification and discussing customer requirements

  • Introducing and communicating the companies capabilities and value proposition

  • Building a strong relationship with customers and a high level of trust

  • Providing marketing collateral and pricing information to customers

  • Discussing basic design requirements and offering suggestions when necessary

  • Following up on leads and enquiries, and being involved during the contract signing process

  • Providing exceptional customer service and interaction to both new and existing customers

  • Meeting new custom home sales targets set by the organisation

What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate for this position, you will possess the following;

  • Prior sales experience in the either in the home building industry or aligning industries such as Kitchen, Bathroom design

  • Ideally some design interest/aptitude, and/or qualification with ability to offer some technical support to customers during the design process

  • A moderate level of construction knowledge which will enable you talk about technicalities in the process at the initial and second consultation

  • Motivation to achieve sales and driven by commission

  • Willingness to work weekends

  • A friendly, warm personality that gains instant trust from engagement from customers

What you'll get in return
In return, a role with this company offers stability, longevity and an extremely high uncapped earning potential. The salary range will be between $60,000- $70,000 but can be negotiable dependent on what the successful candidate can bring to the organisation.
