Full time, permanent Clinical Research Associate (CRA) job available at a global CRO!

Your new company
A vacancy has opened up for an experienced clinical research professional to join the expanding early phase clinical trial team at a global CRO. In this role, you will be working on cutting-edge early phase clinical studies across Australia and New Zealand. This is a full-time permanent role; office-based in Northern Sydney, with the option of working from home in other states.

Your new role
You will be involved in the early phases of clinical trials (phases I & II); taking the lead on all aspects of monitoring and site management activities. On assigned studies, you will assume responsibility for all aspects of clinical trial conduct from study start-up to close out. Working within early phase trials, you will be exposed to recruiting ‘first in man’ globally. You will have the opportunity to see novel therapies at the early stages in clinical development and assist in overcoming a number of challenging oncology diseases.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a Bachelor’s degree in a Life Sciences or similar discipline. Due to the fast paced nature of early phase trials, a minimum of 2 years independent monitoring experience is required. You will be a highly organised and approachable individual, who thrives in a fast-paced environment; you think on your feet and have a high tolerance for stressful situations. Exposure to oncology clinical trials is required.

What you'll get in return
An unusual opportunity to be part of an early phase team; you’ll be working for a successful CRO. Part of an experienced team, career development will be important; and you’ll be immersed among a wealth of experienced professionals working towards a shared goal.
