Your new role
The Corporate Accounts Manager will establish and lead business relationships with key Hospital Groups across Australia, both Public and Private. This position will create access for all business units and product lines by developing revenue-enhancing contracts. The successful candidate will have pre-existing relationships with the hospital groups at Head Office level. You will be experienced in selling medical devices at senior level representing your organisation to a professional manner to C-Suite Executives.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the medical device industry
Proven track record in delivering high sales profitability
Strong relationships with key decision makers of Hospital Groups at Head Office level
Previous experience in a leadership capacity with the ability to demonstrate effective change leadership.
Experience with negotiating contracts and the ability to develop and maintain senior account relationships.
Ability to help set goals and strategic objectives, then balance short-term goals with a strategic vision.
Develop and implement strategies / tactics for business retention and profitable growth within assigned accounts and geography.
