Description

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will have a key role in the administration of orders for existing contracts with a specific focus on delivering contract service excellence.

On award of the contract/order, you will reconcile pricing and delivery, establish contract/project requirements, develop a project time line and coordinate all the activities to provide deliverables in full and on time. This will involve significant liaison with customers and internal stakeholders

Previous experience in contracts or logistics administration and excellent communication and administrative skills are essential. You will need to manage numerous tasks to tight time frames and deadlines, have great attention to detail and a commitment to the highest levels of customer service.

This exciting role requires the successful applicant to:

  • Provide contract administration to the Project Managers
  • Record all contractual information
  • Provide up to date reports on the progress of these contracts to the customer
  • Coordinate all documentation to do with contracts
  • Manage and maintain assigned contracts and subcontracts
  • Contract administration such as organising all correspondence
  • Produce project reports in relation to progress
  • Create, maintain and format all documents relating to contracts
  • Local and Interstate travel may be required from time to time

Profile

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Experience in Epicore 10 Advantageous
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel & Microsoft Project
  • Understanding and experience of financial systems
  • Experience and understanding of commercial law
  • Proven & extensive Contracts Administration experience
  • Good experience in Report writing
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required
  • Attention to detail
