This high volume kitchen on the south side of Melbourne is looking for talented Commis and Chef De Parties to join their team immediately.
This bustling venue has a fantastic reputation for great fusion cuisine with an Executive Chef who creates a great work culture and atmosphere for his staff, while leading a very busy high volume kitchen. The Role You will be a hard working chef, capable in a kitchen doing hundreds of covers a night with a talented team creating trend setting dishes. Previous experience at this level is a necessity. Although training and development is a key part in this role you must have sound knife, pan and/or grill skills already.
