Do you want to be a part of a professional client service team, where you will be managed as a professional individual, not a number in a call centre? Be connected to other areas of the business, engage with them and really understand the impact that your role has on the rest of the team?

Looking for some work life balance and need to keep your mornings free? The hours of this role can be 10am - 6pm, or 12noon - 8pm. Flexibility will be required on occasion to support your colleagues.

Working for a global market leader and supportive manager, you will enjoy having all of the tools, training, processes, guidance and support that you will need to represent yourself in the best possible way to your clients.

Ideally with a background working with technical products, or at least a genuine interest in learning about them, you will provide support to clients adhering to individual service level arrangements. You will need to have strong communication skills and written capabilities as you will be taking calls and responding via email.

Your administration skills and attention to detail will also need to be top notch as you will maintain the integrity of the client database, prepare monthly reports and communicate with internal teams via email and reporting. Attention to detail and accuracy needs to be a priority and something that comes as second nature.

You will need to be a great multi-tasker, able to move with priorities as they change and arise. We are looking for an individual that takes pride in the relationships that they build with their clients both internally and externally. A strong team player, who doesn't hesitate lending a helping hand to their peers and doing whatever it takes to represent the brand that they work for in the best possible manner at all times.
