Brae is searching for experienced, passionate Chefs to join their talented team. Brae sits on 30 productive acres and offers visitors a place to interact with nature and eat from the land. The working property is established with organic vegetable production, olive grove, fruit orchard, berries and bee hives, all producing food for use in the restaurant and its six luxury guest suites.
Owner/Chef, Dan Hunter and Manager, Simon Freeman are searching for passionate, fully qualified chefs with demonstrated experience in a fine dining environment to join their kitchen team. The right people will be able to demonstrate;
Experience working in a similar environment
Passion for and knowledge of the restaurant industry
Good food and wine knowledge
A desire to work in a professional, disciplined environment
A drive for knowledge and career advancement
One month leave during our closure period each July and a short break over Christmas.
