This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Sous Chef or Head Chef to step up into a "Chefs Dream Role". An arm off a larger hospitality venue, you will inspire a small team and innovate a contemporary menu. Not only do you get to cook trending food in a newly renovated kitchen/surrounds, start at 12 pm and finish at 8 pm!
We are hunting a chef with previous managerial experience in a quality restaurant, hatted preferred however not essential.
The candidate must respect seasonal produce and be skilled in traditional and modern techniques, food provenance, quality produce and seasonality.
You will be an enthusiastic individual that is driven to succeed and you will be a key player in the further success and growth of this well-established business.
Alongside managing the kitchen operations, a key responsibility of this role is ensuring all kitchen administration duties are upheld.
