This National membership association is a peak health body nationally and one of the largest within the industry. The aim of the organisation is to support its members, in which consist of small businesses and its associated professionals. They require someone to join their productive communications team to work on a unique campaign in a new role.
Your new role
As PR and Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for initiating and driving a consumer and commercial centric campaign at a specifically targeted audience. This campaign will be focused on gaining attention through digital communications channels, including but not limited to, social media, websites and social blogs. This role will require you to create and produce a variety of content to showcase the campaign and educate the consumer on the topic of conversation. The role will essentially require the promotion of the sector and the breadth of services that they offer through this exciting and dynamic campaign. Additionally you will be required to write the media strategy for the campaign and see it through to implementation at all stages of the campaign.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong background and experience in media, communications, journalism or public relations, with a solid understanding of how to drive a campaign through digital communications methods. You will be passionate about trying new strategies to develop the desired outcomes, with fantastic initiative and experience writing a wide range of content. You will have proven experience thinking strategically and will be able to effectively negotiate to ensure that all created content is placed through desired external channels. You will have strong client relationships skills and be able to demonstrate campaign experience, with very strong writing abilities, great attention to detail with a positive and proactive approach to your role.
