Your new company

This global leading technology company are looking for IT-savvy individuals to join their Customer Service team on a temporary basis.

Your new role

You will be working in a Call Centre environment providing Technical Support to customers. You will be answering a high volume of calls and accurately log and record all enquiries. You will rectify issues yourself or escalate accordingly. There will be general administrative duties required.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a Call Centre environment.

  • I.T Industry knowledge

  • Demonstrated skill in identifying, analysing, supporting and solving technical issues.

  • Excellent customer service skills to help enhance customer experience

  • Capability to effectively handle complaints in a professional manner.
