Operating across various industries they offer a wide range of lead generation, appointment setting and customer service solutions to companies, uncovering sales opportunities that have resulted in millions of dollars in new business. A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for an engaging and sales-minded individual with call centre and people management experience to lead a team of dedicated professionals. Description


Reporting to the Managing Director, your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:



  • Recruitment, training and development of Call Centre Agents

  • Attending client meetings, and briefing Agents on various campaigns

  • Providing regular coaching & support and ensuring the service levels are met

  • Motivating and leading the team, and fostering a positive working culture

  • Contributing to process & procedure development and implementation of KPIs

  • Staff planning & rostering, development of scripts


Profile


This role would suit an engaging and sales-minded individual with call centre and people management experience, looking to take the next step in their career. You will be a customer focused and enthusiastic Supervisor/Team Leader with:



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • The ability to lead and motivate a team and adjust your style to different personalities

  • A passion for coaching and development

  • Strong work ethic, drive and the ability to engage with people at all levels
