This is definitely a role for a self-starter who does not mind travelling on the road. You will expect to be attending leading state and national industry events which will help build your industry knowledge and network of clients. Finally, this role is perfect for someone like you who have the natural ability to build strong relationships.

What you will be doing?

Reporting to the Sales director, your primary responsibility will be developing new business along with managing a portfolio of loyal customers. You will be required to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial properties in Victoria. You will need to attend leading state and national industry events from time to time. In order to keep your existing clients up to date with new product releases, you will be expected to organize training sessions or information events which will also help convert new clients you have identified. You will have plenty of resources to help you including a technical account manager and a very "hands on" senior management team. The role would suit an individual who has the passion to succeed, ability to work autonomously and has previously supported a commercial property network.

What you must have to apply for this role:

  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Tackling the Commercial property market
  • At least 3 years+ field based sales experience
  • A self-starter who is very motivated and can work autonomously
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Sound computer skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of clients
