The Company

This well-established organisation works closely with a wide range of financial institutions to provide their consumers with better products and services. This business has grown dramatically over the past few years and as a result of continued success, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their Banking business development team.

The Opportunity

As this role is exposed to cutting edge banking product development, you have the opportunity to work closely with the research, marketing and digital teams to ensure the organisation stays ahead of the curve for its customers.

A mix of relationship management and new business origination, you will be involved with:

  • Building and managing relationships with new and existing corporate clients
  • Educate, engage and advise your clients on market insights and trends
  • Improving service delivery to the end customer
  • Co-ordinating presentations/webinars to unearth opportunities

Your Experience

  • 5-10 years recent banking experience
  • Strong Business to Business sales experience and comfortable selling to corporate executives
  • Strong banking product knowledge
  • A passion for building long-term relationships
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Digital savvy with the ability to use your strong analytical skills to win over customers
