The Business I am excited to be partnering with this Australian SaaS startup. This software solution solves a real problem for clients across all industries. They have grown from a small team of 5 in their Sydney office to 70+ employees across 4 countries. In Australia alone they have brought on close to 1,000 clients and the success they have had locally has been mirrored as they grow into international markets.
The Role This role will be focused on opening doors to new mid-market and enterprise businesses across Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand. There will be support from junior BDM's qualifying opportunities and setting appointments but the right candidate will do their own prospecting as well. Attend industry events and be a subject matter expert in your field. Be in it for the long game as the sales cycles are longer.
The Candidate Have 4+ years' experience in a BDM role successfully selling software or recruitment services. Be comfortable getting in front of C-Level executives. This is a startup culture so someone who is flexible and understands that sometimes you have to "go with the flow" would be the best culture fit.
