They are a highly sought after company with an excellent reputation, culture and training who are continuously growing. They are now looking for experienced Business Development Manager/ Account Manager to join the team here in Sydney.
Your new role
Your new role as a Business Development Manager/ Account Manager will see you going out to win and bring on board new clients and business for the company, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will implement strategies, budgets and reports. You will need to understand customers’ industry and operations; identify solutions for customers; review and analyse clients’ opinions and report to the management and resolve customer complaints by investigating the problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to the management. Finally you will need to Attend industry functions, such as telecom association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and trends; whilst Monitoring market competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules and merchandising techniques
