This organization is a global leading FinTech provider. They are HQ'd out of Europe have employ thousands of people across the global. They have strong relationships with all the large global banking and financial institutions and are now expanding rapidly within Australia.

Role

As a result of this continued growth the organization requires a Sydney based Business Analyst to join them with a core focus around Australian Superannuation. Working closely with the software engineers and other stakeholders you will offer insights around compliance and thoroughly analyze customer requirements.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Requirements gathering and creation of specifications alongside internal stakeholders including PM, Partners and customers
  • Details analysis of customer and compliance requirements
  • Conduct and description of detailed test cases
  • Analysis on support issues and support consulting projects
  • Building and maintaining product documentation

Skills and Experience required

  • 3-5 years' experience working as a BA within the superannuation industry
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Team player, must be able to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and the willingness to take ownership of your work
  • Strong knowledge of the superannuation industry a must
  • Technically savvy across aspects of IT including database and programming is an advantage

Package

A competitive package will be on offer to the right candidate up to $120K depending on experience.
