About Our Client

Our client are a Sales and Direct Promotions firm based in the CBD. They are celebrating their second year in business, with major expansion plans to move into the VIC, NSW & QLD markets. Their focus is on their people, their results and their work environment. Currently they manage Sales and Direct Promotions for major Australian brands. This ranges from Sales, Coaching & Mentoring, Company Growth, Client Growth, Business Management.
The Requirements

Your understanding of client`s products and services will enable you to position yourself as a trusted ambassador to potential customers. The opening is suitable for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, an overachiever mentality, looking to build a successful future for themselves.
Duties

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSI): You will build trust, communicate effectively and exceed our customer`s expectations, whilst providing a service-based experience. In essence you will ensure that our customers buying experience is industry leading.
  • Maximising Opportunities: Through prospecting you will be developing Customer Relationships through qualification and creating an effective first impression.
  • Maximising Profit: By following the sales process and achieving the daily, weekly and monthly KPI`s for sales.

Your Skills & Experience

  • You will possess effective communication skills.
  • You will be confident, have a real strong presence amongst their peers and co-workers.
  • You are self motivated and able to make an immediate impact on the business by building rapport with customers.
  • A proven track record of success within a customer service or contact centre environment is required.
  • You are driven by the achievement of personal and team goals and thrive in a target focused environment.
  • You have a flexible attitude towards your work.
  • Proven sales experience is an advantage.
