Your new company
Im currently partnering with one of Australia’s most well known Quantity Surveying and Advisory firms. With a strong local and international presence and a company culture known by many, they are now looking to welcome a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Associate into the business to play a pivotal role in the continued development of one of their business divisions.

Your new role
This is a truly a unique role and one that can offer an ambitious individual a clear and structured route in to a Directorship position. You will:

  • Manage a growing team of industry professionals and be responsible for its continued expansion

  • Have a proven history of dealing with key stakeholders and developing business and increasing client portfolios.

  • Provide procurement advice associated with Commercial, Retail and Residential projects

  • Be responsible for Property condition Audits

  • Provide life cycle forecasting

  • Dispute resolution & Litigation services (desirable, not essential)

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong experience in Owners Corporation Maintenance plans

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction or Quantity Surveying

  • Minimum 7 years post grad experience as a QS/Senior QS

  • Proven experience working as part of a successful team

  • Strong networking and Business Development skills
