Associate Private Banker Responsibilities:
The primary functions of the Associate Private Banker’s is to service the needs of our HNW clients and to partner with Private Bankers to retain and grow new and existing valuable client relationship.
As an Associate Private Banker you will play a key role in coordinating the delivery of our service proposition by being the:
  • First point of contact for the day to day needs of a portfolio of our HNW clients.
  • Manage client expectations and keep them informed of progress.
  • Facilitate the efficient execution of client needs through effective engagement of our service partners.
While aligned to a specific Private Banker(s) and clients, the role forms part of a broader team of Associate Private Bankers, led by the Client Service Manager, responsible for working together to provide a compelling service proposition to our clients.
  • To be successful in this role you will have the following skills:
    • Strong customer relationship building skills.
    • Understanding of Business and Consumer Lending Products and lending securities.
    • Experience in sales and customer service roles in financial /banking services would be beneficial.
    • Experience in managing internal and external relationships.Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
    • Highly developed customer service skills.
    • Intermediate level of PC skills including the use of Microsoft Office programs.
    • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field would be highly beneficial.
    • Preferably working towards Tier 1 Accreditation
