As the Assistant Store Manager reporting directly to the Store Manager you will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing store sales team into one that is second to none. A store that is motivated to deliver both a outstanding customer experience while exceeding business results. Developing and executing tailored sales strategies, leading your team whilst empowering and mentoring them to create a winning culture with individuals exceeding targets.
