About the role

The Cronulla Assistant Manager reports through to the Store Manager and plays a key role in running a busy retail store. This position is a part-time role that allows flexible working hours. You will be working closely with the Store Manager on rostering and training of staff, setting and monitoring sales targets, you will assist in leading the team to deliver outstanding customer service.

  • Assisting in  the management of rosters, inventory, administration and staff
  • Leading the team to achieve daily sales performance and achieve sales targets
  • Creating a culture within the team of exceptional customer service
  • Monitoring, analysing and providing feedback on sales, products and customers to your Store Manager, Regional Manager and the head office buying team
