Your new role
Working in People & Culture team, your role will predominantly require you to provide advice and guidance to managers on appropriate job structure, attraction and recruitment strategies, based on an understanding of the Agency and the candidate markets. You will be proactively involved in reviewing new or updated job descriptions and providing recommendations on the appropriate classifications and work level standards to managers. As a Recruitment Adviser, you will actively assist with the ongoing development of recruitment policy and procedures and tools through appropriate consultation with staff and management.
