Your new role
This role will see you working within the HR area with a small close-knit team.
Your duties will include:

  • Responding to HR and payroll related queries from internal stakeholders

  • Demonstrating initiative in researching information

  • Applying and relaying legislation and policies

  • Complaint resolution

  • Administrative work as required

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in a similar role and a passion for delivering a high level of customer service.
Additionally, you will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to interpret legislation

  • Experience in a high volume contact centre role

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

  • Resilience and ability to deal with escalated calls

You must be an Australian citizen and possess or be willing to go through the process to obtain and maintain a Baseline personnel security clearance.
