They are looking for a Receptionist/ Office Administrator to join their team.  This role is vital as the successful applicant will be the face and voice of the business.
The duties and responsibilities include:
  • Client liaison - First point of contact being the face of the office, being the friendly voice that answers the phone when customers call
  • Maintaining workflow - Updating system with the progress of jobs and maintaining database with client information
  • Debtor Control - Updating Accounts Receivable
  • Managing calls - Filtering calls to the accountants, taking messages and assisting customers wherever possible
  • Managing mail - Incoming and outgoing
  • Banking and out of office duties
  • General administration duties
You will have:
  • Previous reception and administration experience within a professional services environment
  • Strong telephone manner
  • Be computer savvy
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A high level of customer service
  • Be highly organised and can prioritise workloads
