Administrator/Receptionist - Parramatta - Up to $44k + super

Our client delivers a high level of service and professionalism in accounting, taxation, superannuation and financial planning. They offer a variety of sophisticated services from accounting, taxation, self-managed super funds, financial planning and real estate. They are looking for a Receptionist/ Office Administrator to join their team. This role is vital as the successful applicant will be the face and voice of the business. The duties and responsibilities include:
Client liaison - First point of contact being the face of the office, being the friendly voice that answers the phone when customers call
Maintaining workflow - Updating system with the progress of jobs and maintaining database with client information
Debtor Control - Updating Accounts Receivable
Managing calls - Filtering calls to the accountants, taking messages and assisting customers wherever possible
Managing mail - Incoming and outgoing
Banking and out of office duties
General administration duties
You will have:
Previous reception and administration experience within a professional services environment
Strong telephone manner
Be computer savvy
Excellent attention to detail
A high level of customer service
Be highly organised and can prioritise workloads
