Permanent opportunity for an experienced administrator to hit the ground running at a leading Financial Services firm.

We are currently partnering with a leading firm within the financial industry who is seeking to bring on board a professional and motivated administrator. Due to growth and expansion this firm is needing an administrator who can be the pivotal support to the wider business and assist in the back-office procedures. Reporting into the Operations Manager you will assist in the last stages of the contract cycle from an administrative perspective.

We are currently looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Vast experience within administration
  • Multiple systems and database experience
  • provided high level administrative work in relation to property and contracts
  • reporting and analysis of client data
  • data integrity and ensuring quality assurance of information
  • articulate communication skills (verbal and written)
  • well presented and professional
  • proven time management and compliance environment experience
  • persistent and resilient manner
  • strong analytical qualities
