Administration Assistant/ PA

The company

Our client is an independent and a leading Consultancy Firm that specialise in the security industry. They are an ever growing business and have over 30 years’ experience. This role is located in the CBD.

The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, and Admin Team you will be responsible for:

  • Providing full reception service to all visitors to the office

  • Distributing and handling all incoming telephone calls and emails

  • Providing and managing quotes, purchase and service orders

  • Proof reading reports

  • Help the team with ad hoc duties

  • Data entry

  • Filling

  • Diary management is a must

  • Organising Travel/flights/bookings

Skills & Qualifications Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Administration

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or a related field

  • Experience in project support is desired

  • Intermediate skills in Word/Excel - understands how to create Formulas and Macros

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong communication skills, positive attitude, confident and career driven

  • Ability to work unsupervised

  • Can do attitude

  • Great typing skills
