Administration Support Officer

Our Manufacturing operations are based in Campbellfield and we are seeking an experienced administrator with the following skills sets

  • Essential to have Purchasing experience
  • Stock control exposure and or ordering of new products
  • Competent excel skills
  • Customer service focused
  • Understanding of shipping and or billing procedures

We will also require you to meet and greet new clients, potentially liaise with them and at times be the first person new clients meet when visiting our business. So great customer service skills are a must.

You will be a part of a small team so you must be self starter and complete tasks under your own motivation with minimal supervision

For the right person we want to commence on a six month contract working Monday - Friday, 8.30 - 4.30pm. The succesfull candidate will be reviewed for permancy after 6 months
