Mater Education is seeking a motivated, service driven professional to join the team as anExecutive Support Officer, a key liaison role supporting the CEO Mater Education, facilitating positive productive working relationships and delivering significant administrative and secretariat services in collaboration with the Mater Group Executive, Board of Directors and other internal and external stakeholders.
We are searching for a new starter with extensive experience (minimum 5 years in an executive support position) to comfortably and confidently hit the ground running. To ensure a smooth transition, we are specifically searching for high levels of experience in diary and work schedule management, incoming and outgoing communication preparation and management, coordination of meetings including preparation of agenda and minutes, liaison with contacts at all levels, internal and external, including Executives and administrative functions as requested.
An Executive Support Officer represents the CEO with tact and discretion at all times, handling sensitive or difficult situations diplomatically and professionally. They exercise independent judgement and initiative to constructively and efficiently solve problems and make effective decisions, based on knowledge, experience and strategic priorities. They have excellent writing, transcription and editing skill, with a high level of attention to detail and communication proficiency.
Your positive attitude towards all areas of your work and your willingness to provide support will translate into positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
