Adecco are recruiting for a client based in North Geelong.

This temporary assignment is expected to run for 3 months, starting from January 30th. Full committment is requirement during this period for Monday to Friday work.

This is an administration support role that requires, monthly reporting through SAP system, invoicing, automating and scheduling.

We need candidates who have:

  • Previous Administration experience
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable and commitment work ethic
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to take initiative and problem solve
  • Excellent computer skills.

Parking is available on site OR our client is close to the train station also.

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • SAP experience (this must be clear on your resume) No trainng is given on this system
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Full availability for 3 months from January 30th.
