This highly respected, Darwin-based commercial law firm takes pride in their strong local relationships and their positive team environment. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Legal Administrator/Process Manager to provide essential support to the team, in a permanent, full-time role.
Your new role
In this busy and varied role, you’ll be responsible for managing legal processes, including driving the use of paperless technology through the Affinity system, reviewing and formatting precedent documents and streamlining overall administrative processes. You will also assist secretarial duties as requires and other ad-hoc duties.
You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and will be comfortable liaising with senior clients and colleagues
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate you’ll excel in a fast-paced, high pressure professional setting, and will be able to meet demanding deadlines with a high level of confidentiality and discretion. You will have previous experience working in a legal setting and knowledge of LexisNexis Affinity or a similar legal practice software.
Experience with writing policies and formatting precedents would be highly regarded.
