Your new company
This reputable Financial Services organisation provides a range of solutions to their clients. Due to an increase in work load they are seeking a temporary Administration Officer to provide support to a busy area of the business for a period of 12 weeks with the view to potentially extend.
Your new role
This role will see you support the team with duties including but not limited to; sorting incoming mail, liaising with internal stakeholders and drafting emails, document management, reviewing statements and adhoc reception relief.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must have recent experience in the Financial Services sector and have a general understanding of either Investment or Superannuation. Exposure in a client facing environment would be preferable. You will demonstrate excellent communications skills both written and verbal, high attention to detail,
good initiative and positive attitude.
