Calvary Community Care is a not-for-profit organisation and the Community Care arm of Calvary, Little Company of Mary Health Care. We provide a range of flexible services to support people to live independently in their own home and community.

What you will be doing:

Our Administration Officers play a key role in liaising with staff, clients and their families and ensuring that our services are exceptional and delivered appropriately. As an Administration Officer you will provide administrative support such as answering incoming calls, liaising with clients and employees and responding to queries. You will also be responsible for processing invoices, assisting with online timesheet processing, running reports, mail collection and distribution and updating client and employee databases.

The role is a great opportunity for someone looking for a Full Time position and will be based at our office in Lambton.

What you bring:

To be successful in this role, you will have:
-Previous experience in Administration
-Exceptional communications skills and ability to cope with multiple demands of phones, emails and schedules
-Digital literacy skills, in particular excel, emails and word processing
-Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
-Ability to prioritise and take ownership of your work with a keen focus on attention to detail
-Commitment to work within Calvarys mission and values

Experience and understanding of the Aged Care industry would be advantageous.
