About the role

This opportunity requires an experienced Administration Supervisor to manage a small team and provide exceptional customer service to key clients of the company.

Skills and Experience

Ideally the successful candidate has prior experience in project management and administration. Knowledge in accounts receivable and payable and strong customer service skills are essential to the position. Intermediate or advanced computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) are essential to the position and experience in Tech1 Software is ideal.

Daily Duties
       Answer incoming calls
       Liaise with clients
       Manage a small team
       Data Entry
       Recruit and train new team members
       Process orders
       Invoice clients
       Any ad hoc tasks required by management
