Immediate start for competent administrator in Medical Devices company based in North Ryde


Your new company
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Administrative Assistant to join a successful team within a market leading medical device company. Based in North Ryde this Global Head Office have modern open plan offices and a fantastic company culture.




Your new role
You will be responsible for:



  • Supporting the translation teams within 40 different countries to collate information and ensure that everything is brought together on time and to the pre-set specifications.

  • Liaising with several departments within the business as well as translation agencies and external contractors.

  • Coordinating all aspects of a translation project to ensure accuracy and deadlines being met.




What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this job you will need to demonstrate the following:



  • Experience working in a translations environment highly desirable along with having high attention to detail

  • Outstanding organisational skills and project experience.

  • Ability to manage your workload and time frames with minimal support
