An exciting opportunity has become available for Admin Officer to join this team. You must possess the ability to remain calm under pressure and provide high level support to the team within Electronic Security. You will be a quick learner and have a strong backround and knowledge of all Microsoft Suite packages (Excel and Outlook) with a strong focus on EXCEL. You must have Excel pivot tables, filtering & sorting knowledge to be considered for this role.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of email inbox and ensure efficient contact with internal team members/Technicians
  • Maintain accurate information in client database
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel knowledge and abilities
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication skills along with strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
  • You have experience working in a deadline driven environment and working in-line with Service Level Agreement timeframes
