Exciting receptionist / executive assistant to join a FUN and PASSIONATE and INNOVATIVE big four accounting firm

About the role

In this busy and fast paced role, you will provide high level support to Partners focused on the Leadership and Development area. You will be responsible for a broad range of tasks including, but not limited to:

• Extensive diary management and meeting co-ordination

• Email management and preparing client correspondence

• Extensive international and interstate travel co-ordination

• Liaising with internal and external clients on behalf of the partners ‑ building strong relationships

• Coordination of client events and functions

• Expense reconciliations

• General administration and project support to Partners, project managers and the wider Human Capital team

About you

You are a dynamic and passionate PA who is looking for a new and challenging opportunity. A true people person, you have the ability to build strong relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

You seek to gain knowledge and an understanding of the business and enjoy problem solving and finding creative solutions when faced with issues. You prioritise effectively, manage competing tasks easily and work with a sense of urgency.

Sound working knowledge of Microsoft office is essential, as is a ‘can-do’ attitude and high levels of accuracy. Prior experience of working for more than one partner/manager in a large organisation is also advantageous.
