The Network Maintenance Division delivers routine maintenance on the civil, signal, electrical, telecommunications and control system assets on the metropolitan passenger network. Ensuring a safe, reliable metropolitan rail network, to meet the expectations of our customers every day.
The Action Management Officer coordinates the response of the actions arise from internal and external audits, inspections, investigations and or other sources on behalf of Network Maintenance Division. In addition they manage the various action databases to ensure legislative compliance and the achievement of organisation standards. Plus provide high level administrative support to Maintenance Engineering Manager and undertake adhoc project work.
We are seeking applicants from experienced high level administrators with previous experience of managing complex actions and feedback processes/ systems. Advanced database management and reporting abilities. Have effective communication, influencing and relationship building skills at all levels, including executive. Must be a self-starter and able to work to tight deadlines.
