Accounts Payable Office

Looking for immediately available candidates with a background in Accounts Payable to step in to a 6 week contract role with a well reputable company.

The Company
Our client is a well known, large ASX Listed company. Due to the holiday season they seek an Accounts Payable office to step in on a 6 week assignment. Part time hours.

Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to;

  • Processing of Invoices
  • Payment Runs
  • Filing and Reconciliations
  • Supplier Accruals
  • Interest Income and Settlement Discount Maximisation
  • Preparing the weekly and month end EFT payments runs and cheques (where applicable) via Bank of America portal.
  • Interest Income and Settlement Discount Maximisation

The successful candidate
The successful candidate will have;

  • Accounts Payable background
  • Experience using JDE preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A team player mentality
