Your new role

  • Prepare and process invoices to the IBA accounts payable module.

  • Reconciliation of accounts payable statements.

  • Liaising with program Managers.

  • Assist in general ledger reconciliations.

  • Preparation of bank reconciliations using excel.

  • Participate in monthly processing and reporting timetables, including processing of journals and supporting data.

  • Accounts receivable

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working in the accounts payable/receivable area.

  • Substantial level of accountability.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional customer service and problem solving skills.

  • Good time management.

  • Preferably experience working within aged care.
